Security Deposits
need to be in the office within 7 days of confirmation to hold your reservation. Otherwise the reservation will be released. Your security deposit should NOT be deducted from your final payment. Your security deposit will be refunded to you by mail after departure. Deducted from your security deposit will be any loss or damage to the property.

Final Payment
... is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. For Christmas, the final payment is due 90 days prior to your arrival date. All rates will include a out-clean fee and 11.42% TAT and Excise Tax unless otherwise stated. If the final payment is not received on time, we have the right to rebook the property without notification.

Cancellation: Written notice

· Cancellation must be received in writing.

· All cancellations are subject to $100 per week process fee.

· Cancellations less than 90 days – your security deposit is forfeited.

· Cancellations less than 60 days (90 for Christmas) will forfeit full rent and tax unless the property can be rebooked at equal or greater amount.

Christmas Holidays from December 15 to January 5 is a two week minimum rental.
Final payment and cancellation notice is 90 days prior to arrival.

Owners and agents of Serenity Rentals and the houses they book will not be held liable or responsible for any disasters, acts of god, accident or unforeseen event that may affect the vacation rental. Such an event may cause the agreement to be null and void with refunds made accordingly. Any interruption of services within the property, or inclement weather during your stay, will not serve to void or cancel your agreement. There are no refunds for early check out. The owners are not responsible for renter’s personal property. Owner or agent may enter premises for effecting repairs and maintenance or for other necessary purposes.
